• if you dont want anyone else to see your posts apart from people you know then add them as author and then click on that button that says only author 
• use strong password so no one hacks your account 
• Don't post any personal information  for example work place, where your going, what time your leaving your house etc those things like that as people could easily find out where you are and do things to you or your house 
• never put up your real name or date of birth.... 
• don't leave your blogger on when your not there. 
• Don't accept any friends request from people you don't know 
• Never click on links people send you.
• Never inbox people you don't know 
• never go on webcam to people you don't know
• never reply to emails that ask for your bank detail 
• never put up your actual phone number up. 
• never add the location where your posting it from..
•  set your settings to only friends so only those can see your pictures and no one else.... 
• never put your address up on blogger...

Risks of using blogspot and other social networks

• People hack your account
• if you tell everyone your on holiday then people can go to your house and burgle it.
• people who hack accounts put horrible rude pictures up and put abusive comment or posts.
• people find out to much about you and your life style 
• cyber stalking
• links  that cause viruses 
• cyber bullying
• threats or abusive messages or wall posts
• CS RF cross-site request forgery 
• having you profile live so everyone can see it set to only friends  see your work or you account.
• trojens - social networks have become a great vector for trojans  
  a potent and popular banking Trojan that has been given new life by social networks. There have been several recent high-profile thefts blamed on Zeus, notably the Duanesburg Central School district in New York State late in 2009.

what i think about blog spot

BlogSpot

I think BlogSpot is good because you can see each other’s work and you can upload your work at home.

As if you get homework at home you can easy upload your work from home its usually as you can show your parent what you have been up to in ict..

BlogSpot is easy because you can go to the school and upload your work that you have been doing in ICT  or you can use it at home.

Other people can comment on your work and so can you.

Plus you can send it easier to your teacher…. And your teacher can comment on your work.

Plus You can compose your background as you want it to be..
